*Responsibilities :Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals are engineers who specialize in reliability and resiliency with the right mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems, responsible to analyze business needs, problem determination, advise & design, build, test, deploy, changes and maintenance of a well-engineered information system and ecosystems.Analyze and advise on solutions to improve service delivery Configure system health checks to identify opportunity for service improvement Apply technical knowledge & skills to ensure stability & availability of the System environment One should be able to evaluate and understand service lifecycle of client applications Gather and prioritize business requirements; develop solutions to ensure service quality Proficient in DevOps, Apply DevOps practices to support continuous development and integration Advice by identifying opportunities to introduce process improvements and service delivery improvement Conduct and Evaluate complex systems technical health Check Manage System performance and capacity Perform platform engineering and incident response management Continuous Delivery Platform improvement by advise on emerging technologies and Drive technology governance Identify and manage technical risk and propose mitigation plan. Define SLA based on input from incident management. Technical Skill :Apply Incident Management Techniques Apply Knowledge of System Administration Processes Knowledge on CssA Container as service and PaaS Platform As a Service. Knowledge on Public cloud environment preferred MS Azure Technical know how on Java/JavaScript/JSP Experience in DevOps Knowledge on Docker and Support Kubernetes Implement Unix Shell Scripting Node.js Perform Appl Dev-Automation.RPA Perform Appl Dev-NoSQL Perform Incident Response Planning Perform Root Cause Analysis Perform System Performance Tuning Use Systems Monitor Tools to conduct System Health check Advise on IT Infra-Servers/OS/Platforms Linux Analyze Client Needs for IaaS ProvisioningExpertise in following Technical areas.Experience in Web based product development (Angular OR React). Excellent in core front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS, CSS3) Experience in app development for all mobile platforms/SDK: IOS Android Windows Experience in working design patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM Experience in working with REST APIs and integrating of APIs with mobile apps and Web Portals. Experience in development of micro services. Strong understanding of web services (RESTful) and JSON Programming language Core Java, Advance Java, Python, Node.js OAuth security implementation. Continues integration & Delivery: Bamboo, Jenkins Experience in Load and Performance Testing using JMeter. Experience in Junit. Experience in Monitoring Application e.g. AppDynamics or an equivalent system. Application Packaging: Container framework/Docker Should have worked for atleast 2-3 years in a client-facing role at an international location. Should have spent atleast 5-7 years in Technical Architect role or SRE in Past. ITIL Certification will be an added benefit. Expertise in following areas is good to have.Technical know how on Python Experience in one of the Automation Testing ( e.g. Selenium) Agile Project Management Tool : JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, *Bachelor s Degree in Information technology or Engineering
