Job Description

    The purpose of this role is to enable the organization to enhance and digitize agile business processes using continuous delivery tools through detailed analysis and interpretation of complex business needs. To be successful in this role, you will have strong Atlassian experience and excellent organization and communication skills. Job ResponsibilityIn this role, you will be responsible for: Consultation, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian suite of tools specifically in Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk with demonstrated knowledge of BitBucket, Bamboo & Crowd and other Atlassian tools. Support global configurations whilst providing specific functionality where appropriate and using lessons learnt and knowing the difference between globally and specific configurations for enhanced business process and the health of the continuous delivery tools. Ability to consult with the organization to gather complex business process requirements, interpret them into an agile methodology and design and deliver solutions within continuous delivery tool capabilities that enhance and digitize work practices. Managing and resolving customer support requests such as functionality usage, configuration changes, troubleshooting. Assist in development and delivery of training materials, such as user guides, and delivering training programs, clearly and with enthusiasm. Support the organization to use continuous delivery tools in an agile manner. Certified AWS Cloud Solution Architect would be a plus Required qualificationsEducation: B.E, B.Tech, MCA, M Sc. (Computer Science) 5- 9 years of experience in the area of Software development, Application and Solution ArchitectureRequired Technical Know-how Sl.No. Technology/Tool/Language Required Experience Range (in yrs) Expected proficiency (on a scale of 5) 1 Administration & Configuration of the SRE (devops) Tool Suite specifically for Jira, Confluence deployment in multi node , multi cluster environment 4-10 5 2 Linux Administration 4-10 5 3 Experience using and troubleshooting with scripting languages (e.g. Java Pulumi, Teraform, Restful) and/or RESTful APIs (or equivalent) to automate tasks 4-10 5 4 Amazon Web Services (AWS, sysOps) for a multitude of applications utilizing the AWS stack (EC2, VPC, AMI, SNS, RDS, EBS, Cloud Watch, Cloud 4-10 5 5 Work closely with the business to derive the business requirements and accurately articulate the requirements to enable internal and external parties to deliver the outcomes 4-10 4 6 4-10 4 7 Serve as the Development Scrum team facilitator.
