As the pioneer of SCBU Software team in India, the software technical lead will work with SCBU software leadership team to build the knowledge, process and setup the foundation of team growth.SCBU Software team is missioned to enable SCBU product capability and improve user experience by providing our SW solution. Our software deliverables are used in HW validation, production qualification, reference program and end-user environment. The role will be working with global software teams and other functional teams to find out optimal SW solutions and make the deliverables happen. THE PERSON:The person needs to have strong technical leadership skillsets, accountability, sense of urgency and good communication style. He shall have solid software development skill, good hardware knowledge and system software experience.
