With our deep industry knowledge and automation expertise, we understand the needs of our customers and enable them to lead through safer, more productive, and energy efficient operations.Reporting to the Research & Development Projects Director and you will be contributing significantly to successful project results in technology and/or product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative solutions by using unique technical knowledge to oversee development tasks.Your responsibilities

  • Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Creating business architecture models to reflect the organizations strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
  • Evaluating systems engineering, talent skills, and solution models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
  • Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Organizing training to improve employees knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
  • Conducting research in talent management to improve the organizations business operations.
  • Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
  • Living ABB s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics from a reputed institution.
  • Required 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the business and technology activities.
  • Should have experience on Polyglot Programming Skills like Python, C#, Java, Scala, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Design Patterns.
  • Should have experience in Experience on various architecture patterns like Message Driven, Event Driver, Microservices etc.
  • Should have work on Kubernetes deployment, Big data stack: Apache Spark, Airflow, HDFS, Apache NiFi, NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, InfluxDB, Neo4j, Elastic Search etc.
  • Should have experience in understanding on Machine Learning and Data Engineering concepts.
  • Should have good knowledge about DevOps and kubernetes deployment strategies like Canary, Green/Blue etc.
