Job Description

nullResponsibilities and Key Result Areas

  • Work closely with the System Architect / Product Manager to identify & answer important product/solution questions through prototypes or solutions.
  • Design and delivers the key customer needs as software solution
  • Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding, architecture clarifications etc.
  • Actively participates in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
  • Identify and escalate risks on time
  • Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements
Key Technical Skills:
  • 10 12 years of experience
  • Strong Object Oriented development and design knowledge and experience
  • Strong Multi-threading (Asynchronous behavior) knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of design patterns and practical application of same
  • Expertise in development testing and debugging skills
  • Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills
  • In depth experience in Java, Java SpringFramework, JDBC
  • Working experience with linux development environment
  • Knowledge of Big Data/Hadoop eco systems is advantageous
  • Hands on experience with integration of platform components like IAM, PCF, logging, auditing etc.
  • Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologies
Soft Skill set:
  • Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
  • Go-Getter Attitude. Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver it with quality and within required timeline
  • Team Player attitude. Key characteristic of the individual who puts the team first before self.
  • Ability to think out of box: Ability to come up with bright ideas and always looking at the next big thing in technology
  • Flexible and willingness to stretch oneself when needed.
