Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience., Title : Principal Member Technical Staff (PMTS)/IC4 - Data Security Cloud ServiceOverview: Oracle Database Security team is building a new Autonomous Data Security Cloud Service to unify the data security management tasks. This Cloud Service is intended to help customers to automatically secure their data from both internal and external attacks without much intervention of security administrators. The service makes use of Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised) and Artificial Intelligence techniques to evaluate the risks on the systems by understanding the data, users and configuration. With the built-in service intelligence, it can identify sensitive data that is proliferated across the databases, flat files residing on operating system file systems, files residing on Hadoop FS (HDFS), recommend security controls to prevent unauthorized data access, monitor the database activities and detect threats automatically.Responsibilities:As a member of the software engineering division, you will be deeply involved software development associated with the designing, developing or debugging of software applications or operating systems. You will also leverage technical leadership to other software developers. Also, essay the role of a technical evangelist right from specification, design and implementation of a new product.Required Skills: Must be proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, PL/SQLWork experience in REST services, GIT, Maven, JenkinsWork experience in Javascript for UI development, eclipse as an IDEKnowledge in Oracle Database and Relational DatabasesExperience in developing Enterprise Scale SoftwareKnowledge in Security Concepts including SQL injection, authentication and authorizationExcellent written and communication skillsValue Added Skills (Nice to Have): Systems programming experience using C on UNIX environmentsExperience in development using NodeJS / AngularJS / Typescript is a plusExposure to security domain is a plusPrior exposure to Machine Learning is a huge plusEducation and Experience:

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech degree in Computer Science from premier institutes with consistent academic record.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant job experience is a must.
