Tasks and Responsibilities:Development and Integration of software packages according to specifications Creation and delivery of test , development and series software versions Configuration and validation of the core software and HW interface (inputs / outputs , EEPROM layout , etc.) Verification of system constants configuration Recording and documentation of ECU resource consumption Freeze and archival of the created program versions Supports software project manager and the system engineer for project and program version planning activities with respect to the delivery date and software content Supports system engineer and calibration engineer during SW start - ups in vehicles & during testing Supports the software project manager for planning the ECU resources Analysis of complaints about the software during development and series production Deliberation and determination of the project - specific tool chain for program creation with the tools department and the customer in case of SW sharing Review of architectural design elements and related verification criteria in order to ensure the test ability Develop Test Cases based on the architectural design elements and related verification criteria Execute and document the SW - and System Integration tests and verify the results
