Job Description

    Software Development Engineer-Site Reliability, AWS, Azure 3Yrs Budget- 10LPARoles and Responsibilities:
    • Build software to help operations and support teams.
    • Participating in On-call support to clients and maintaining the support tickets
    • Monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of the systems health
    • Fixing support escalation issues, documenting knowledge, and Conducting training
    • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
    • Ability to understand the logs and login to AWS servers/environments quickly and provide the steps to solve the issues.
    • Delivering code and resources to Azure and AWS
    • Automating onboarding of teams and users into Azure and AWS environments
    • Good Verbal and Communication is a plus.
    • Should be Self-Driven and able to learn new Technologies.
    Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
    • 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
    • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
    • Base proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
    • Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and web application architectures.
    • Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions such as Thousand Eyes, Grafana, AppD, and Introscope.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
    • Background in ITIL and/or ITSM process.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
