Job Description

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test who is passionate to work on core system architecture and cutting edge technologies. As SDET you will plan, design and automate various integration testing frameworks and will also be building load testing and benchmarking tools for services and platforms. Our quality engineering team is using open source technologies to build automation tools and test frameworks for building robust, scalable and reliable automation.Responsibilities

  • Design and build automation from scratch and build automated tests using existing tools and frameworks to expose defects in product code
  • Promote Development and QA team s productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices
  • Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers and Product Managers to ensure building testable and automatable components.
  • Mentor junior software quality engineers and SDETs
,
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 4+ years of software development and automation and testing tools
  • Proficiency in Java/C++, Distributed systems and Object-oriented Design
  • Experience building and designing test cases for distributed systems including knowledge of test methodologies
  • Experience working with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience working with SDETs or related profile in building automation strategy and follow-up plans
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You show strong ownership, bias for action and product sense.
  • Experience working with consumer Internet domain
  • Exposure to Customer centric solutions for B2C businesses
