Key Responsibilities: Act as an entrepreneur, taking ownership of your services and maximizing the value you provide to your customers. Lead a diverse team of SDEs to achieve operation excellence of your services. Estimate, plan, and divide projects to deliver frequent value to production. Hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team. Manage day-to-day activities of engineering team using Agile/ Scrum methodology. Provide regular reports on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management. . Basic Qualifications Proven track record of building and managing high performing engineering teamsBreadth and depth of experience building and managing complex software systems8-10 years of experience in Software development2-5 years as a Development ManagerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leadersPreferred Qualifications Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience in eCommerce and Deep hands-on technical expertiseAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with service oriented architectures and web based solutions. Experience building scalable infrastructure softwareExperience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases,
