Primary Skill required - Genesys CTI, Genesys Framework Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, Multimedia, Media Servers, E-Services, Chat and GVP - version 8.xTools and Applications: IRD (Interactive Routing Design), Composer, Speech Storm IVR, SCI, CME, G-Admin, GAX, GRAT, GAD, GWE, WDE, GI2, CCPulse, Pulse, URS, GVP, GIM Database: Oracle 11g and SQL Server 2008. Protocol: SIP messages and T-lib events.Strong Telecom knowledge in inventory management.Hands-on experience with all phases of projects, especially Incident Management / Triaging of voice and data networks.Managing Level 2 Ticket/Order Triage Specialist, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Escalation.Experience working in a 24x7 production support model with excellent troubleshooting skills.Experience in Application Monitoring tools, Incident management, managing crisis calls.Strong scripting skills - Unix Script, Pearl, PL/SQL, MS SQL etc.Good Database / SQL knowledge.ITSM v3/v4 foundation certification is nice to have.Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues, including engaging and submitting tickets to BMC technical support when necessary.Complete all work order and service requests within service level targets.Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.Provides application support to existing applications and additionally works with IT operations, incident and problem management teams in resolving issues and maintaining application availability and stability in production.Hands on experience in BMC Remedy 9Genesys CTI, Genesys Framework Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, Multimedia, Media Servers, E-Services, Chat and GVP - version 8.xJob Segment: Developer, Telecom, Telecommunications, Oracle, Database, Technology ,
