Job Description

  • Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
  • Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope.
  • Responsible for the gathering of requirements, analysis, design and implementation of high-quality code for highly complex components in a given solution with a focus on business process automation solutions.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of customized web applications.
  • Assists in establishing group priorities relative to basic or very specific business needs.
  • Performs estimation efforts on projects.
  • Conducts a range of quality-control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
  • Logs defects and identifies course of action.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree (Technical)
  • 3+ years DB Backend Middle Tier software development experience
  • Experience coding with current platform backend & middle tier technologies (TSQL, PSQL, C#, Node.JS, TypeScript)
  • Experience with creating RDB schemas on database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostGres.
  • Experience writing complex SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
  • Experience writing and/or maintaining ETL processes.
  • Experience with data warehouses, star schemas, columnar databases, and Greenplum
  • Experience OOP with high level programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java (C#.NET strongly preferred)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Desirable Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience writing REST API web services. (.NET Core preferred)
  • Experience deploying applications to PaaS environment.
  • Skills with current platform technologies (Angular 2+, AngularJS, TypeScript, javascript, HTML, XML, C#, TSQL, PSQL, TypeScript)
  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Understanding of business environment.
