RESPONSIBILITIES Software technical leader who loves solving problems and has lead multiple cutting edge technology development efforts. Work closely with product managers and senior management to influence the product evolution Needs the vision & design strategies to improve the System Management architecture for high availability, improved fault detection, isolation and diagnosis techniques for run time software. Take ownership for the work done and the end-to-end customer experience from conceptualization to product delivery and sustenance. Provide expert level guidance to the system software team & play the key contributor role, in designing & developing a robust & scalable management solution. Think outside-the-box to study & integrate newer APIs & technologies into the product Desired Skills and Experience BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech./ MS in CS/ CE or related field with 8+ years relevant experience. Strong in C/ C++ programming, data structures and debugging skills. Expert level knowledge of system software architecture of large chassis systems. Proficiency in virtualization and routing technologies. Focus on system manageability and configuration, failure conditions and high availability. Good understanding and hands on experience on network routers or similar equipment. Broad exposure and experience in integrating hardware and software solutions. High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, growing team. Ability to see and present the big picture and offer solutions to make it better.,
