Job Description

The Job

  • Understand requirements from Customer (PLM) and create the signature designs for the DPI product.
  • Interact with all stake holders and get the feature understanding on DPI domain.
  • Development of the requirements and validate to ensure the requirements are met with good quality.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining project operations, knowledge sharing.
      • This position is in Bangalore, India. What skills you bring
      • A graduate (or) post graduate in Computer Science (or similar) from a reputed Universitycollege
      • 2- 4 years of work experience in a software development or a related field.
      • Hands- on experience in Application layer protocols (HTTP, SIP, RTP, RTCP, RTSP etc)
      • Mandatory : Experience or knowledge in CPP programming language.
      • Plus : Experience developing softwareTest Code using scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python and Shell etc.
      • Solid Understanding in configurations of software, and the ability to work from the command line on Windows and Unix (FreeBSD)
      • Experience analyzing network protocols using tools such as Wire shark, Ethereal (Capture analyzing tools)
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
      • Experience in Deep Packet Inspection Technologies is desirable exposure to TCP IP, Networking protocols is mandatory.
      • Key relationships: Work closely with Design Architects, Product Owners, and Software Engineers to understand the system requirements.
      • Organizational impact and challenges: Contribute additionally to Development of reusable tools for improved efficiency and identify new methods for automation.
      • Any exposure to Machine learning Data Science (or) analytics tools (Grafana, Tabeau etc.) would be desirable.
      • Experience from working in a Linux development environment
      • Self- motivated learner who can adapt quickly to change
      • Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing
