We re looking for Software Engineers to build/develop further our AI driven personalization platform.Our Product/Engineering team is focused on building an end to end Digital Marketing platform that helps our clients to run efficient Digital Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels and devices. We leverage AI and technology to Targeting, Media Optimization, Delivering Personalized Creatives and In-flight optimizations & Measurement.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, conceptualize and develop new products and features from grounds up.You will work on incremental deliveries, so you see your work goes live every 1-2 weeks.Solve all problems that come your way.SkillsSolid CS fundamentals is a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases).Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities.Good Knowledge and Experience of Java is must.Good Knowledge of JavaScript and Web is a must.Good Knowledge of NodeJS, React, Redux and any latest JS frameworks is a PLUS.Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle. Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.Exposure to open source technologies is a plus.Experience and knowledge of cloud enabled services and applications are a plus.Experience of building digital marketing platforms is a plus.Experience8 Years of hands-on development experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
