Job Title: Software Engineer IIDescription:Neustar has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Salesforce Developer for our Salesforce CRM team, who will be responsible for designing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be a Self-starter requiring minimal direction who constantly look for ways to improve the solutions for business and clients, a strong team plyer with the ability to work virtually and independently as required.Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience on Salesforce, force.com platform.2+ years of experience on programming or scripting languages such as Java/C# or Python.2+ years of experience in web programming (Javascript) and web services development.Hands on Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience.Develop solutions in a Salesforce environment utilizing the following:Lightning interface, Lightning components, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Communities, Components, SOQL, SOSL, Email Services, Outbound Messaging, SOAP API, REST API.Experience in balancing declarative configurations vs custom development.Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.Ability to deploy salesforce configurations and customizations across salesforce environments using various deployment methods (Migration Tool, Changeset etc).Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
