Job Description

The team is working on a few different areas that will have significant impact to create vibrant partner marketplace. The approach here is multipronged. It involves algorithmic investments, innovation & development of systems to support critical platform components. To be successful, you will need good technical knowledge, expertise in building and shipping large scale projects, good collaboration skills, ability to wear multiple hats and a strong drive for results. If you are comfortable working in a start-up/v1 effort, enjoy incrementally marching to towards a well-defined long-term architecture, and are motivated by solving hard business process problems with technology, writing technical blogs, then this could be the position for you., Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strong design and coding experience in one of the two areas. This role requires that the candidate not only analyze the problem and propose the solution, but also implement it in our production systems.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of C++, C#, ASP.NET, REST, Java,
    • Demonstrable Experience with non-trivial client-side or server-side application in Javascript. Familiarity with React Native, NodeJS and Express JS will be a plus
    • For data engineers, demonstrable experience with Azure Data Lake, solid working knowledge of SQL and database design and experience writing performance-critical code
  • Demonstrable experience shipping software, internet scale services using REST APIs, Amazon Web Services & Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to learn and grasps concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment is critical to success
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively.
