- Contribute towards the SDET Role by Maintaining Automation Framework and delivering Test Automation- Lead moderate to complex projects comprising a team of more than4 members and 20+ Interlock applications- Effective and Concise Status Reporting- Effort Estimation- Knowledge of industry best practices- Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information- Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner- Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others- Extends capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organizationRequirements- Working Experience/Business knowledge of the Siebel CRM suite of applications- Good understanding of SDLC and testing processes/practices- Strong DB Skills (Fundamental and basic queries) and knowledge of Web Services Testing and protocols- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Exposure/ experience on testing tools (particularly TFS,.Net and Selenium)- Good experience in Test Automation and development on .Net- Good Knowledge in programing languages mandatory- 4+ years of relevant Industry experience,
