We are actively looking for MCM STEP Developer with experience in Stibo STEP configuration. This person would work in Agile team set- up development of stories and addressing technical issues relating to MCM Stibo STEP modules. The Agile team will work closely with the IT operational support team.QualificationsRequired Skills:Minimum 3- 4 years of hands- on experience in Stibo STEP including areas of core configuration, integration framework, Translation, Workflows and Business rules. Should have experience in gathering and analysing requirements, converting them to technical specifications for Stibo STEP (in latest version of STEP). Experience in full life cycle of Stibo STEP MDM project from functional design to deployment. Should have good experience in Stibo STEP configuration including leaflet generation, setting of attributes, attribute groups, User groups, List of Values (Lov s), Categorization (Blue and Yellow tree), integration endpoints, configuration etc. Work experience in server side activities (like checking logs/ debugging knowledge, patching activities, configuration settings etc.) Strong analytical and problem solving skills (for fixing bugs, providing solutions in critical situations etc.) Should have knowledge for landscapes like B2B/ B2C in designing Data Model and integration. Should have experience in XML s and also in unit testing, deployments, creating packages etc.,
