Job Description

  • Design and execute on deliverables after being presented with business requirements. Prepare technical/functional requirements.
  • Peer review technical designs to confirm business requirements have been met.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation regarding Unit and System tests as well.
  • Experience working in a service environment; providing direct support for the software and systems you develop.
Experience: Min 5 to 7 years experience with below desired skills,Desired Skills
  • Having good experience in Oracle E-Business HRMS & Payroll modules.
  • Should have worked on modules like Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll.
  • Candidate should have solid technical and functional knowledge on the below,
  • Technical SQL, PL&SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, Workflow, SQL Loader, AOL concepts.
  • Functional Aspects Work Structures, Payroll, Hire to Retire Process, Date tracking functionality and HRMS flex fields.
  • Must be fully conversant with all objects in the HRMS schema and the relationships between them and should be able to map HRMS business processes to the underlying tables.
  • Should have good knowledge on payroll processes.
  • Supporting payroll issues while running monthly payrolls.
  • Analyze fast formulas to rectify errors while running payroll.
  • Experience with the Java development.
  • Experience on technologies like Angular and Node.js for building stand-alone applications.
  • Experience with PGP Encryption of files.
  • Experience in SSL, PUBKEY based SSH / SFTP.
  • Experience managing integration involving Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.
  • Ability to work independently as individual contributor.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
  • Added Advantage: Oracle Taleo Connect Client & HCM Cloud - Fusion Compensation.
