Software Engineer /UX Developer/

Role Overview:You will be responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors. Your role also includes refining the interaction architecture, user interface, GUI features, and ensuring end-to-end user experience for new feature functionality. Additionally, you will participate in product UX Design reviews, provide critique and feedback, assess and optimize product features, and actively engage in usability testing and user research.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Marketing Managers to translate product requirements into use cases and pixel-perfect screen designs in a collaborative environment- Participate in daily Agile scrums to iterate in design sprints and meet time, budget, and quality goals set by UX Design managers- Report to the Product Owner and PM for scheduling, Agile management resource allocation, and project planning of UX resources- Report to the UX Design Manager for visual and usability quality, excellence in user experience solutions, and adherence to UI design standards- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and UI Dev Leads to translate requirements into use cases for GUI and user experience solutions- Interface with software development version control systems and graphic library archiving in a responsible manner to maintain centralized source code and design assets- Work effectively in a team setting, synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications, and collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders via a distributed model- Demonstrate conceptual and practical expertise in your discipline, have basic knowledge of related disciplines, and be aware of best practices and market competition- Explain difficult or sensitive information, work to build consensus, and effectively communicate in English with both in-person and remote international teamsQualifications Required:- Possess 3 to 9 years of experience- Have a passion for collaborating and communicating with teams and stakeholders- Demonstrate fluency in English for effective communication- Show knowledge of best practices and how your area integrates with othersPlease note that this job was originally posted on GrabJobs .
