Job Description

    ContextScaler AI labs is doing breakthrough work in helping models improve - especially for enterprise use cases, thus driving enterprise AI adoption. Within a span of 6 months, we are already working with each of the Frontier AI Lab behind top 5 AI Models on LMArena, and doing revenue in double digit million dollars. Our team includes two ICPC World Finalists, along with engineers who have previously worked at leading companies and startups such as Meta, Google, Apple, and others.The work of the AI Lab spans RL environments that simulate real software, tools, and workflows; data benchmarking and evaluation systems that measure model capability; custom datasets designed to improve frontier models; and execution platforms that enable repeatable, high-quality work across complex task types.Core ResponsibilitiesBuilding data engineering pipelines that generate, transform, and validate enterprise-quality datasets powering our RL environments.Creating and curating high quality evaluation datasets used to benchmark and train frontier AI models.Building QA and data-validation tooling to keep dataset quality high at scale.Working with environment engineers to seed realistic data into simulated B2B and B2C application workflows.Must havesAvailable for a 6-month internship, extendable up to 12 months, in-office.Available for working 6 Days per week - Monday to SaturdayPrior experience in Python and databases (SQL); exposure to data pipelines (Pandas, ETL tooling) is a strong plusStrong hold on data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesHigh agility, curiosity and ownership. .
