Job Description

As a Software Engineer based in Bangalore, you will work on a variety of technologies ranging from system implementations to software and tools developed in-house, as well as application systems that provide acceleration as a service. You will be expected to comply with the hybrid work schedule requirements of your team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience.- 6 years of experience in software engineering and designing systems at scale.- Demonstrated technical leadership for teams following software development best practices.- Proficiency in developing new applications using technologies such as Java or Python.- Building web services with Java, REST, and Microservices.- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices and tools like Buildkite, Jenkins, etc.- Architecting solutions leveraging distributed infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.- Leveraging monitoring and logging technologies like DataDog, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and system design at scale.- Proven track record of technical leadership in teams adhering to software development best practices.- Hands-on experience in developing new applications using Java or Python.- Proficiency in building web services with Java, REST, and Microservices.- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices and tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, etc.- Experience in architecting solutions using distributed infrastructure like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.- Knowledge of monitoring and logging technologies like DataDog, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB.This job offers the opportunity to be a hands-on developer, efficiently building technically sound systems.
