This is a hands on Tech Lead position that can manage an agile based feature team Should have 12 to 16 years of experience Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture Excellent analytical and problem solving/investigation skills are needed Understanding of banking applications and overall solution will be preferred Team management experience is must and it least completed 2 cycle of appraisal of 5+ members team Should know various agile development methodologies and supporting tools, must have worked on 3 development cycles end-to-end in agile/scrum methodologies Should have worked on various tools used in managing agile/scrum development like JIRA and other Should know DevOps function and various tools used in DevOps and in application build Should have excellent communication skills Should be able to front end business and operation stakeholder Should be able to report the work status to vertical and horizontal management group Should be excellent team player as the role required working across the teams Should have worked in distributed teams with different time zone at least for 5 years including the last assignmentTech Skills Expert level experience of working on Java based tech stack and core java Expert level experience on Ember.JS (or equivalent front end framework) Advance knowledge on front end technologies like React.JS, jQuery, Advanced JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, AJAX etc. Expert level knowledge of working Oracle PL/SQL CIB Our Corporate & Investment Bank relies on innovators like you to build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the world s important corporations, governments and institutions.
