As a Engineering Manager role The person will be an integral part of Corporate Endpoint Group and will be reporting into an engineering director in the US. To be successful in this role you should have exceptional leadership , communication and project management skills with multiple years of management experience and belief in developing the skills and talents of others. Work with senior management and peers to develop practices which lead to the highest quality products and drive the transformation to a continuous delivery mechanism for testing and releasing. Develop systems that include an automation approach to testing and delivery Motivate, oversee, coach and grow the engineering teams Provide direct, honest, and constructive developmental feedback to achieve high performance and career growth Will be a technical resource for the team regarding security, performance, deployment, troubleshooting, and effective testing and delivery About You: Strong business acumen and agility within a large, matrixed organization Ability to listen, adopt and influence are essentials Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team 13+ years of related software engineering experience with at least 5 having been in a management capacity. Proven experience directly managing a growing team of software engineers within with an Agile environment Experience with various coding languages including, but not limited to: C/ C++, C#, Python and Java.
