Job Description

As an Oracle HCM ORC Functional Consultant, You need to provide Oracle HCM ORC functional consultant services which include but not limited to:

  • Understanding the business requirements & provide optimal solution
  • Work closely with Business and Application Development teams
  • Configure HCM Cloud application to meet the business requirements
  • Develop test scripts for the business requirements
  • Conduct system testing and ensure the deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
  • Support business testing
  • Complete the tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Communiate the status to all the stakeholders in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR project delivery covering business requirement, application design, development, testing and deployment
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud ORC business processes
  • Hands-on experience in HDL, FBL, HSDL, Configuration packages and Personalizations
  • Ability to work independently and manage local and remote resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, executive communications skill and presentation skill. Should be able to communicate at all levels
  • Behavioral skills, Leadership, Problem solving and time management
  • Strong planning, negotiation, analytical and process improvement skills
  • Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
  • Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
  • Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with senior management.
