The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. We are looking for someone that shares these values and is excited to work with us to push themselves and our team to the next level.Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master drive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process.Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practicesGuards and shields the team from distractions and interruptions from external interferencesEnables close cooperation across all roles and functionsHas strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activitiesPromote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.Organize and facilitate standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives.Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving.Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression capabilities.Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing J.P.Morgan technologies and infrastructure.Qualifications:

• Overall 12+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions at least 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or related role in an environment that was applying Agile principles, practices and theory
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or the foreign equivalent
• Scrum Master Certification will be an added advantage
• Experience as a practicing Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects & programs.
• Expertise in Scrum including the value and principles, and how they are applied in enterprise environments
• Experience with other Agile/Lean practices such as XP or Kanban
• Experience with incremental delivery and the value of big visible metrics
• Participation in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development
• Practice of Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery
• Hands on experience on adopting tools like JIRA / Confluence / Bamboo / GIT / SVN / Jenkins / Cucumber etc
• 7-10 years of solid experience in Project Management
• Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Prior Application Development Experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
• Ability to influence and direct activities of resources outside of direct control.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills for various levels of audience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with focus on implementation and fully accountable to results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population of both technical and non-technical employees.
• Flexibility with the ability to adapt and evolve with changes in priorities, project directions and software development procedures.
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and user stories etc.
