This team, part of the Strategy & Innovation within the Energy Management Business, is architecting, building and deploying software products and platforms supporting our customers in their digital journey, economic growth and overall business efficiency.Define and own the Quality processes (Offer safety, Problem management.)Continuously enrich the QMS Quality Management SystemEnsure implementation and adoption of end to end processes and tools by the teamsMonitor QA performance : define quality metrics and effectively engage with the teams to set and drive quality goals and drive continuous improvementSupport software team : give guidance to project teams with neutral position and support them on the quality methodology ( RCA, 8D . )Establish a culture of continuous improvementParticipate to Monthly Project Review and escalate issues not solved at team levelDevelop collaboration behavior across teamsWe are looking for QA Leader to provide overall QA Leadership across a portfolio of Agile Software Development projects (currently 15 projects). This role reports to the Quality Director.The QA Leader must have a strong Software technical background and demonstrated expertise in deploying consistent quality processes and tools across multiple software development projects.Experience and skills :Bachelors degree Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience;8 or more years of QA Leader for Software Products in an Agile environment exposed to SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle), DevOps, CI/CD, Test AutomationWork with geographically distributed teamsAbility to design, deploy and drive processes across several teamsAbility to create strong relationship with peers and leadership across functionsAbility to influence and convince and drive change managementAbility to work independently in an environment of constant change and significant ambiguityComfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings (verbal and written communication)Familiarity with dev tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and other continuous integration tools in a production environment will be an advantageInternational travel 4 times a year,
