Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Does detailed design within specified top level design/architecture
  • Functions as a Developer by developing code for the unit and reviewing
  • Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress
  • Performs the role of a Test Engineer by handling the test execution process
  • Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study of literature and technical contacts
Key Skills/Competencies:
  • Has in depth knowledge of C++ language. C# knowledge would be nice to have
  • Has a good understanding software engineering principles and specifically of life cycle activities
  • Has required engineering knowledge to be able to solve problems effectively
  • Testing and debugging skills
  • Analyzing and problem solving skills
  • Security :
  • Able to run Nessus, STIG scans on a monthly basis on the software under test.
  • Able to Co-ordinate with the Stakeholders and SCoE team for Project related discussions on Security.
  • Able to Publish MS OS Vulnerability assessment and Product Security Status update on a monthly basis to the stakeholders
  • Prepare WI s and necessary documents as per the laid out IGT-D process.
  • A Good team player and quick learner in using standard tools and also understanding the application.
  • Self-organized and possess good communication skills
