Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps assure that the team follows the rules of the Agile
  • Helps the team meet their daily and iteration objectives
  • Works to remove internal and external impediments in the Scrum team
  • Facilitates continuous improvement with regular inspect , Adapt and team retrospection
  • Interface and Participate in Scrum of Scrum
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Master in the Release Train for Solution Delivery
  • Is responsible to ensure identification of the resources (People, HW)required to meet the goals.
  • Facilitates team level Risk Management Report of the progress of the Scrum with agreed KPI s
  • Continues Improvement Team Engagement , KPI, Engineering Practices
  • Create transparent Environment
  • Awareness of scope of work
  • Participates for Audits
Knowledge , skills and education
  • Engineering graduates or post graduates with 6 to 8 years of software development or testing experience.
  • Knowledge of SAFe & Experience of Agile way of working
  • Knowledge of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) & associated tools
  • Knowledge and experience of using Agile Lifecycle Management (ALMs) Tools
  • Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Either version 3.0 or 4.0. is a must
  • Team Player , High Inter Personal Skills, Collaboration Skills,
  • Ability to get things done without Authority.
  • Preferable expertise and facilitating scrum ceremonies
  • Preferable : Certified Scrum Master
