Job Description

Greetings from Nualfas business Solutions LLPwe are hiring forSolution ArchitectDesired skills :

  • Strong project experience in developing software solution using Java programming language
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in architecting software solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Based Architecture and understand the tradeoffs involved
  • Strong practical knowledge of Domain Driven Design approach to software design
  • Strong experience in designing microservices using spring boot, hibernate and spring cloud
  • Strong experience in message queueing frameworks like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ
  • Strong experience in experience writing and maintaining Unit and Integration coding tests
  • Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Processes like Scrum & Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery Practices
  • Experience in domain like Banking/Insurance/Retail preferred
Experience : 10 to 15 YearsRelevant experience Minimum 8 yearsWork Location : Bangalore, WhitefieldEducation : BE/B tech or ME/M techCTC: Up to 35 LakhsWhat role you are expected to play:
  • Work with key stakeholders and be able to convert business needs to design solutions
  • Use independent judgment to design, analyse, document and develop technical architecture and solutions
  • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
  • Aid the Quality Assurance team by ensuring application has good coverage of Unit & Integration tests.
  • Mentor the Development team on latest technologies and best coding practices.
Essential experience and skill-set for the role:
  • Hands on java programmer with around 10 years of experience of which you have spent at least 3 years architecting software solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of Microservices Based Architecture and understand the tradeoffs involved.
  • Possess good knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Delivery Practices and can champion the adoption of the same.
  • Have a good understanding of Agile Software Development Processes like Scrum & Kanban.
  • Has deep practical knowledge of Domain Driven Design approach to software design.
  • Worked with current technologies in Java for designing solutions like Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Cloud (Eureka, Ribbon), RabbitMQ.
  • Possess good working knowledge of Relational and Non-Relational Databases.
Additional desirable qualifications
  • Have worked with Python and its frameworks.
  • Possess sound knowledge of data science domain and tools.
  • Have worked in Startups and are attuned to its culture.
Required soft-skills
  • A self-starter attitude, the ability to work independently and in a group, demonstrated initiative, and good writing/briefing skills are great to have.
  • Should be good at analytical thinking and breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
  • Demonstrated the ability to think creatively and come up with ideas / thoughts with significant business/ organizational impact.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing technological trends.
  • Approachable, open minded and ability to work well with others.
