  • Project Role :Technology Solution Planning Lead
  • Project Role Description : Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Handling muti tower deals involving Applications Operations and Development and Infrastructure 2 Expert in formulating and bringing the story live to articulate client value propositions, proven client facing skills, executive presence Good hustling ability, Product/concept selling, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting 3 Experience in at-least two of Industry verticals Retail, CPG, Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Travel 4 Familiar in at-least one of the cloud architectures - AWS, Azure,
      • Technical Experience : 1Sound understating Telco solutions BSS including Channels , CRM , Order Management , Charging , Billing and Revenue Management 2Good understanding of Telcom eTOM processes , latest digital OSS/BSS trends 3Understating of digital BSS and digital BSS solutions eg SFDC/Vlocity , Oracle CX4 along with Telco on Cloud 4Knowledgeable in Digital Telco and wider technology strategy and architecture 5 Strong understanding of common delivery methods including Agile, DevOps and SDLC
