  1. the development and ongoing program management of the Compliance Governance framework for India Regulatory Compliance. This position will involve providing comprehensive coverage of various business and financial activities, including interfacing with senior management to ensure understanding of compliance landscape of India, specifically understand the various nuances of India regulatory compliances. Work closely with the Internal Audit / Compliance leader in building a strong controls organization with a robust governance framework for India regulatory compliances.
  1. supporting the development of internal control and risk assessment framework and execution of compliance testing pertaining to JSOX Testing and India Internal Financial Controls (IFC) Testing and Group Unified Audits (GUA). Work closely with the Internal Audit leader in building a strong controls organization.
