Job Summary: In this role of Specialist, D&T, SAP Master Data you will be accountable for maintaining assigned master data and the processes by which they re created and updated. This includes master data in multiple legacy ERP systems and the planned target S4 HANA such as Item Master, Vendor, Customer, Recipe and Routing, BoM, Equipment, and others that are vital to running of these systems. You will leverage your SAP knowledge and the master data management tool (BackOffice) and by working with end users to ensure that master data is accurate, cleansed, and harmonized. You will also be responsible for end user support and training on master data and supporting processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Exton and Eschweiler based Data Governance team to execute on cleansing and harmonization of master data across all ERP systems current and future; plan activities and report status via MS VSTS. Work with BackOffice technical team to set up master data governance capabilities, analytics, and reports Work with SAP functional team on new design; determine impact to master data elements and perform necessary updates. Resolve master data related support cases. Provide training of users handling master data. Support project activities relating to master data, including but not limited to preparing and loading master data. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned.
