Our IT Technical Analysis team is the focal point of this commitment. We provide technical support and training to PC and PC network users. Known for our versatility across the technical spectrum, we use hardware and software tools to solve problems while supporting, installing and maintaining PCs, LANs, server hardware, operating systems, software and related-IT sanctioned peripheralsKey Responsibilities

  • Leads the identification, evaluation and resolution of business IT issues with products, devices and services that we provide to business users.
  • Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements
  • Reports statistics, findings and recommendations to leadership
  • To compile correspondence and reports on behalf of the regional leader India Site Services
  • Identifies and leverages synergies for Site Service delivery across IT & M&A IT
  • Provides guidance and technical advice and becomes actively involved as required.
  • Manages the regional SS leader workload, act as gatekeeper and follow up meetings, external contacts, ideas for new projects/initiatives
  • To ensure the general maintenance and governance of SS catalog of services and related processes and tools
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements with reference to Site Services function
  • Business Management System execution for India Region Site Services
  • Leads an initiative that provides experience with crafting a strategic vision, navigating the organization, gaining internal consensus
  • Analyzes complex business needs and recommends ways to optimize IT policies and procedures in achieving business objectives
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • To prepare and assist the regional SS leader for all internal/external meetings/deliverables
  • Develops and maintains structures for inter team communications
  • Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans
  • Monitors tasks delegated by the regional SS leader to ensure that completed work is achieved to agreed deadlines
  • Works closely with the regional SS leader to ensure that all projects and deliverables are up to date and ensure relevant managers produce monthly/weekly management reports for outlining progress on all projects/initiatives
