Job Description

    As an Assistant in the launch of Used Car Business, your role will involve managing the product and processes rollout for the business. You will also be responsible for assisting in developing partnerships with external parties/vendors to generate additional business. Relationship management with key stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the business will be essential.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in driving business for the Used Car Product, specifically focusing on the launch of the Used Car Product Refinance & Repurchase.- Support in the preparation and rollout of products and processes for the Used Car Business.- Track daily business activities and prepare relevant Management Information System (MIS) for supporting the business operations.- Engage with the internal IT team to define requirements in Business Requirement Document (BRD) and conduct User Acceptance Testing to deliver the necessary system for scaling up the business.- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market assessment to identify opportunities for system enhancements that will enable business scalability.- Identify and establish partnerships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), dealerships, connectors, and valuation agencies to expand the business.- Regularly engage with DSAs, dealers, and staff to stay updated on changes in consumer behavior and make necessary adjustments to the product.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant approvals for partner tie-ups.Qualifications Required:- PDGM/MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college preferred.Experience:- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Product/Credit, with at least 1-2 years of related experience in the Used Car business (not mandatory).
