  • Collaborate with support team, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Establish relationships with CIO team and work together in reviewing and approving changes including taking change walk through
  • Work with relevant platform teams with respect to Infrastructure related to the application that is being supported
  • Day to day BAU system monitoring and health checks
  • End to end batch management / Incident management / Problem Management / Change Management
  • Support 24*7
  • Work towards SRE model and devops
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Support experience of 8 + years in L1 and L2 support in similar Banking environment
  • Credit Risk and trade product knowledge and experience as SME
  • Basic project management skills with an ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Good knowledge in Java, script language, Web/application servers, Control M tool, TSOM and ITRS alerts.
  • Good Knowledge in Oracle/DB2/SQL/Hive database.
  • Very good knowledge in Openshift platform, SYSDIG Alerts, ELK Dashboard.
  • Hands on experience in Windows, Unix/Linux OS, Hadoop and Shell scripts
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge in support management, stakeholder management, communication management, Risk management and Leadership skills.
  • Good Knowledge in development, DevOps / SRE and AWS
