Spend Manager Shift: Should be flexible to work in any shift JD Responsibility: The Spend Manager will be responsible for the Sourcing , Negotiation , and Contract Management functions that make up the training , HR Services , and learning category specifically for internal needs , but potentially expanding to include other external clients as well. These responsibilities include the following: Maintaining market knowledge to support continuous identification of new sourcing opportunities Being one of the primary client points of contact for recruiting procurement topics Conducting spend analytics including savings forecasting and tracking , in addition to sourcing activities such as RFP design and supplier research. Leading strategic sourcing projects through usage of technology Demonstrating strong project management skills , by managing multiple projects at the same time Collaborating with stakeholders across the globe to understand unique project requirements and objectives and form a plan to achieve those goals. Providing a heavy amount contract management support , which will include drafting amendments , SOWs , reviewing legal terms and conditions Candidate Specification: Minimum 1 years of experience in sourcing/procurement Minimum of 3 years of professional business experience Minimum 3 years in complex program management Professional Qualification (CPM , CTE or equivalent preferred) Training and corporate learning knowledge and experience preferred Process or Quality Qualification (Green or Black belt or equivalent) Undergraduate Degree in business or related degree preferred Multi- lingual experience ,
