Job title : SQL DBA L3Location : BangaloreExperience : 6(relevant) and have a work experience on L3 support Job type : Contract Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills. Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements.And have L3 support experience.Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for global infrastructure. Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration or integration.Thorough knowledge of Database such as Oracle, MSSQL ArchitectureShould Possess Knowledge Database (Oracle, MSSQL) AdministrationCreate and maintain Database (Oracle, MSSQL).Daily System Monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Database System.Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Now and Automated Ticketing toolAdhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updatedCompliance to change management policy and processesPrepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reportsAssist with management of problems and escalationsRetain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual
