Job Description

    We are looking for a SQL Server Developer with at least 6-8 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent skills on SQL DB, as well as a good knowledge of the support services model.Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, and other database objects.
    • Optimize SQL Server database performance by identifying and resolving performance issues, as well as tuning SQL blocks, stored procedures, and other database objects.
    • Develop scripts and utilities using Python and PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance database management and maintenance.
    • Work in a 24/7 support model, including being available to respond to incidents and support requests at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Use ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA to manage incidents and support requests, as well as tracking metrics and reporting on performance.
    • Take ownership of incidents and problems, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
    • Learn quickly and work towards customer satisfaction
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the IT industry, with excellent skills on SQL DB.
    • Good knowledge of the support services model.
    • Experience with performance tuning SQL blocks, stored procedures, and other database objects.
    • Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support model.
    • Proactive and reactive skills in resolving support tickets.
    • Working knowledge of any ticketing tool.
    • Good and quick learner with the ability to understand and work towards customer satisfaction.
