Report and tracked any deviations, participate to change activities. Provide customer support on Val@M content (user status, password reset, documents, entities, sites).Possessing excellent communication and collaborative skills and having the ability to work with the minimum of supervision. Having a proven ability to be customer centric, improve best practices and organize time efficiently.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe maintenance of the Val@M sites(documents contain Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification). Each document will be specific to instruments used in BioMonitoring Portfolio (specifically catering to pharmaceuticals, beverages & food)As a business admin, you would be creating users, create entity. Depending on the contract, connect with Field Service Engineers and create document. All requests will be tracked and recorded using the SNOW ticketing system.CREATE & MANAGE SITES : In collaboration with Valgenesis via a ticketing system. Ensure a Customer site Is not created in duplicate. Manage SITES along year (avoid duplicates, address issues, provide support). Maintains a list of SITES in an excel sheet.CREATE & MANAGE USERS : Create users using internal application in Val@M, links with active directory IT team to activate SSO, allocate appropriate roles. Manage customers users (creation, changes, issues, avoid duplicates). Manage active users pool. Deactivate customer users once the activity is completed. Reactivate customers/ users if they buy new service / document. Maintains a list of USERS in an excel sheet.CREATE & MANAGE ENTITIES: Create entities for customers. Manage ENTITIES along year (avoid duplicates, update information, support)CREATE and Manage DOCUMENTS : create documents based on templates for customers not buying the execution service. When the customer buys the service, the document creation will be done by the field validation engineer (may change in the future). Launch approval workflow of the document. Support customer in case of issue.The business admin will be responsible for clean up of the platform to deactivate account of the customer (when the final validation document has been downloaded)). And to terminate documents 6 months after the final approval + place a ticket to Valgenesis to delete it..1 Time per week, export incidents tickets to Quality for reviewIn case of quality activity as Complaint, Change or CAPA, they can record their activity in Trackwise tasksYou will be in constant contact with Platform manager, business owner located in Molsheim, France, and validation experts located all around the world.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Degree / Master s degree in Science Experience:3-4 years in customer facing rolesFamiliar with IT platforms like SNOW ticketing/ other ticketing systemsFirst experience with TrackWise tool would be a plus.Previous work experience should be from a fast-paced, changing and growing organizationTechnical Skills / Competencies:

  • Previous experience working in CRM
  • Customer Service Management
  • Advanced PC and software skills including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other quality systems (Total Quality Management, ISO9000, etc.
  • Some knowledge in validation will be welcome.
