Job Description

    Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the staffing business within the India market. This individual will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the companys staffing services to potential clients. The role requires a strategic approach to achieve revenue targets, understanding industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.Responsibilities:Business Growth and Sales:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities in the staffing industry, especially in non-IT sectors.
    • Generate leads, prospect, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities.
    • Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored staffing solutions.
    • Build strong and lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Regularly conduct client meetings to assess satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
    Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
    • Stay updated with changes in labor laws, regulations, and market dynamics affecting the staffing industry.
    Proposal Development and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing models to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements.
    Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Internal/External teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
    • Share market insights and client feedback to enhance the companys services.
    Reporting and Analysis
    • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, sales, and client interactions.
    • Prepare regular reports and performance metrics for management review.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the staffing industry or related sectors.
    • Strong understanding of the Indian staffing market and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of staffing services to clients.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
