Job Description

Position Summary: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM) system administration will provide troubleshooting, networking, system security, system integration, group policy management, and daily monitoring tasks as requiredPerforming routine upgrades and preventative SCCM maintenance for existing infrastructure, as well as responsibility for the performance/scalability/integration of additional SCCM servers as they are deployed to support the distributed environment;Assist with monthly Windows Update deployment process to Windows servers and workstations within the organization via SCCM using Security best practices.Also be responsible for supporting Monentive s Middleware and supporting applications including real time and batch applications and 3rd party integrations. The role would require partnering with peers, business stakeholders, software & services provider, and colleagues from within and outside the business application support team, to maintain and support the applications, analyze and troubleshoot the production problems, and perform minor and major enhancements.

• Execute large-scale desktop deployment, platform migration, and endpoint management
• SCCM operational support/Configuration/OSD/Patching/Packaging/and as of recent, troubleshooting phantoms, server failures, and rebuilding Distribution Points and PXE configurations.
• Ensure desktops meet internal security policies and guidelines (patching, anti-virus, encryption, etc.)
• Provide second- and third-level troubleshooting and support of desktop-related issues
• Analyzes log files and reports to provide recommendations for process and technology improvements
• Executes patch management program procedures
• Ensures approved antivirus software is properly applied to all resources connected to the managed network.
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to integrate technology, operations and solution requirements into solution strategies
• Design and conduct systems integration testing, component integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Create project deliverable documentation, including design, build and operations guides
• The candidate must have senior engineering experience with End Point management tools, SCCM, inTune, poweshell, vbscript, and other scripting technologies.
• Work with Identity Management tools for group policy administration across multiple domains.

• At least 4 years of experience with SCCM Administration, patch management, and OS deployment, Active Directory/GPO
• Any exposure on MDM Solution (e.g. Intune) is not required but highly preferred
• At least 1 year of experience with OS imaging and PXE boot methodology
• At least 1 years of experience with Windows desktop environment including Windows 10 OS.
• Knowledge on WSUS, IIS, WDS, DNS, DHCP, AD Sites and Services
• At least 1 years of experience with Package creation and patch deployments
• At least 1 years of experience WMI Query language
• Experience with SQL Queries and PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge on Windows ADK, MDT tools and PKI Certificates are preferred
• Knowledge of several of the following areas: System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) or Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Windows Enterprise technologies such as Work Folders and User Experience Virtualization
• Knowledge of operation management, systems security, testing, and mobility considerations
• Experience with VMWare, Cohesity, AZURE, Active Directory, Solarwinds, eDiscovery tool, Windows Server
