For more than 350 years and across the world we have passionately pursued our curiosity to find novel and vibrant ways of enhancing the lives of others.Position Title - Sr.Analyst - BioMonitoring NPI/PMOpsJob Location - Electronic city BangaloreShift Timing - 1:30 PM IST to 10 :30 PM IST In order to support the continuous development of our BioMonitoring business, we are looking for Marketing Operation Product Life Cycle Management Experts(Analyst & Sr.Analyst) to support specifically our daily activities on pricing, e-commerce & data management (full time positions). You are expected to work in a team focused exclusively on supporting the Marketing organization (Product Managers) with the NPI creations in company ERPs, master data, pricing and e-commerce systems, as well as with maintenance activities in different databases & systems all along the life cycle of products (creation, maturity, obsolescence).Your roles & responsibilities: You support a group of Product Managers of BioM manufacturing sites on daily Product Life Cycle management tasks. You support the full NPI creation process for new internal product launches (internal products) and external ones (Buy & Resell products). NPI creation covers data management, pricing & e-commerce tasks. You oversee Data Management optimization & governance (for existing & new products) all along Product Life Cycle Management in:o Oracle ERP systemo MDG-M, SAP P24/P16 ERP systemso Sigma ERPs systems SAP PRD/ PRE/ PRP You manage the pricing activities all along products life cycle management (NPI price uploads, Ad hoc changes, GRP/RBP setup in systems, pricing creation & obsolescence, transfer prices set-up & modifications) You manage product web activities as requested by Product Managers (web product detail page creations, NPI set-up, modification, optimization for existing & new products, upload of documents to PDPs) and you solve any issue that prevents products from being available on web (pricing, data, system issues), on both company web. You initiate and monitor product obsolescence in different systems when necessary. You are in charge of COA (Certificates of Analysis) creation on company systems for our Buy & Resell activities. You release & obsolete raw material labels in SAP You create/update labels for new articles in SAPWho you are:Basic Qualifications: Post Graduation degree in any Life Science discipline.Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in NPI/Product Life Cycle Management activities & processes Excellent interpersonal skills and a real team spirit to support a multicultural group Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.Technical Skills & Competencies: Ideally you already have a good knowledge of systems/processes like Batchflow/NPI2/BPM, Oracle, MDG-M, SAP P24, SAP P16 (for data management tasks), PRD, PRE, PRP, Trackwise, UNITE Ideally you already have an expertise on Merck pricing tools (Optravis, LSP, Foundry, etc ) Ideally you already have an expertise on Merck Web interfaces & systems (Corpbase, etc ) Ideally you already have an expertise on Merck master data tools (MDGM) You are self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong energy, perseverance, and determination You can adapt to change & quickly learn new things Enthusiastic, autonomous, your rigor and professionalism are recognized Proficient Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) Fluent English is mandatory (written and oral)What we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
