    A Sr. Branch Head with 4-10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.What does the job entail Responsible for managing a branch of the agency, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Lead and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
