Job Description

    Main Accountabilities Contribute in/support the development of the design concepts Responsible for creating 3D Models and 2D drawing for the approved Design Concept Participate in the functional reviews within the product groups Responsible to prepare and maintain the technical design documentation of the products in CIM Database. Strong knowledge of plastic product design Responsible for the modification of products in regard to the technical specifications during the serial production Support Expert / Team Leader in obtaining patents and in protecting the patent rights for new/existing products Manage and perform the `Project Maturity Confirmations` during all the project phases (FMEA, design concept release, CAD concept etc.) in cooperation with cross functional teams Support engineering changes according to TCM process Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas Projects in time (TTP) Quality standards are met Customer satisfaction Internal & External Working Relationships Internal: R&D/Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, Legal, Service Center, PM External: customers, suppliers. Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Qualification & Experience: University degree or equivalent education in the field of Engineering 3 5 years of relevant work experience Experience in (automotive or similar) product development processe
