Importantly, we build smart data systems that deliver relevant retail ads and experiences that connect our customers with the brands and products they love.In this role, you willHire, mentor and lead a world class group of engineers to build an in-house forecasting service that serves billions of ads to several channels.Design, prototype and build new and innovative advertising experiences while implementing best operational and engineering practices in the team.Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product, business and engineering leadership across the company on a regular basis.Nurture the culture of experimentation and fail fast.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent).5+ years of experience on Mobile Applications and SDKs (iOS and/or Android)Strong track record of hiring and developing talent with 14+ years engineering management and 8+ years of people management experience.Strong experience in Online AdvertisingMultiple years of experience leading end-to-end engineering teams building scalable platforms and architectures.Passion for building data driven culture, growing talent and hunger for making big impactStrong interest and curiosity in leveraging the latest in tech to solve customer problemsExperience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designsAbility to seek clarity in ambiguous situations,
