You will execute inventory control measures toensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system. Your role carries responsibility for working withprocurement, operations and fulfilment teams to ensure necessary functions are carried our correctly.The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.The position does not carry supervisory or management responsibility.Reporting to Operation Manager in IndiaCoverage scope GlobalWorking hours 9.00 am to 6.00 pmPOSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management Execute the companys inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetarylimits, generating savings, rationalising inventory and maximizing available working capital. Minimize overstock of digital vouchers and avoid out of stock situation Stock Monitoring Daily monitoring of stock in and out of each digital voucher in the system Maintain sufficient stock level to meet clients demands Monitor the expiration date of each products to avoid companys lost due to removal of products Produce daily report to ensure stock level is displayed clearly and accurately Produce weekly replenishment report for digital codes ordering Vendors Accounts Monitoring Communicate with various digital vendors worldwide Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and vendor customer service agents. Monitor vendors accounts to ensure the company has sufficient fund for replenishment of digital codes. Digital Orders Reconciliation Communicate with various Project Managers to monitor delivery schedule and customer orders to ensureclients SLA is meet Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner Request fund and generate invoice for digital codes ordering Update orders with shipping dates Control of upload of shipping / delivery date information on back office platform (daily).Request dates to non performing vendors to close orders. Monthly review of all orders and associated shipping / delivery dates. Issuance of reports on SLA compliance and score cards for vendors. Ad hoc missions Creation of customized digital template Uploading orders on system and enable resent of digital vouchers New digital offers communicationTEAM INTERACTIONSInventory Control Executive will report to the Operation Manager.Inventory Control Executive will interact with :- Procurement team to work with vendor, get updates on offers- Project Manager to ensure there is sufficient stocks for clients order- Digital Fulfilment Executive to ensure accurate digital products are created on the systemPROFILE Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control / management / supply chain. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practicemethods possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused workingenvironment. Organized, attention to details. Creative and flexible and able to adapt to the fast pace environment Efficient, patient && organized. Proficient on Excel. Problem solver and solutions-oriented. Great at building relationships and maintaining strong bonds.
