Directly involving in handle the PF & ESI (Like Submission, every month Returns, Half Yearly returns, Yearly Returns) with Govt Dept. Processing & preparing the statutory forms. Submission of ESI and PF forms Declarations / returns (Like form 1, 2, 5&12A & 6A) . Coordination with employees of TDS. Preparing Challans for all statutory compliances. Co ordinating between labor officer and notice issued. Follow the minimum wages act as per state law. Employee Relations. Maintaining excellent relations with the employees across the levels. Follow the minimum wages act as per state law. Conducting the employee welfare programs picnics / birthday of Employees etc. Attending in cross functional meeting in once a week, Implementation of various incentive. Conducting quarterly sports as per HR Calender. Professional Development / Human Resource Management.,
