    Overview:Qualifications and Work ExMBA from a Cat A B-school7-8 years of experience with a proven track record of working in leading e-commerce companiesMinimum 5 years of experience in Brand / Product / Category roles with strong consumer marketing fundamentalsExperience of working on a beauty/personal care brand is an added advantageExposure to international markets is a plusSkills and CapabilitiesAbility to think consumer firstStrategic Brand Planning and Communication DevelopmentDeep understanding of the digital ecosystem & Performance Marketing is a mustStrong data analytics and data driven thinkingCapacity to deal with chaos and bring structureWork in super dynamic fast paced environmentsPlan and execute the marketing efforts for International Business.Identify the growth pillars and operationalise the same.Build deep consumer understanding and help drive NPS (e.g., User Behaviour, Reviews, Ratings etc.)Responsible for delivering GMV targetsAgency selection and management for performance marketing ensure synergies across all aspects of the campaigns.Develop media strategy to drive awareness, trial, and adoption of our productsStrengthen the brand presence (e.g., social media, influencer marketing campaigns, brand awareness campaigns)Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of Social Handles, Performance Marketing, and monitor progress against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)Own budget planning and campaign managementSkills:Marketing
